At about 0900h yesterday, police say the decomposed body of Leutte Glen, 32 years, of 151 Richmond Housing Scheme, Essequibo Coast was found floating in the Puruni River.
Investigations so far have revealed that Glen was last seen on Tuesday September 23, 2014, at about 2100h in company with a man leaving a shop at Puruni. However, on Friday September 23, 2014, her body was discovered floating in the Puruni River by passersby in a boat.
The body was taken to the Bartica Hospital where she was pronounced DOA.
