Dear Editor,
My telephone has been down since February22, 2014. I have reported it to the office in New Amsterdam as well as Head Office in Georgetown. This has been done almost every day. So far, nothing has been done.
Last year I had the same problem with my telephone. It took about nine weeks before it was repaired. The telephone box to which my phone is attached was left open with wires dangling. I know it was only a matter of time before the phone would stop working again. And so it has.
My perception is that unless money is passed, my landline will not be fixed. I refuse to do so.
I hope that someone at GT&T will see to it that the technician does his work.
