Dear Editor,
I am at my wits end right now. I have been without my internet connection for two days. On Tuesday a GTT technician was fiddling on a pole in front of my house and suddenly my connection went off as well as both of my landlines. I informed him but the guy did not rectify the matter. Later that afternoon I discovered that the crew left and that was it.
I have my work to do and I cannot do it. I related my frustration to Mr Hubern Evans who is a senior engineer at the New Amsterdam business office and be promised to send the technician to fix the problem on the pole, but all day yesterday nothing happened.
GTT has the poorest customer service of any company. They neglect their landline customers so much. Lines are being crossed in my community and this phone company cannot even fix it. I would like to know what the company is going to do to compensate me for the time and money lost for not being able to access my DSL connection, since I am a journalist and cannot do my work as I would like to.
Yours faithfully,
Leon Suseran
