We thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr Leon Suseran’s letter published in Stabroek News on January 16, 2015 (No internet service for two days’).
We regret the disruption of Mr Suseran’s service which was subsequently restored on January 15, 2015.
We did receive a formal notification of the disruption of Mr Suseran’s service on January 13.
We have no record of the reported interaction between Mr Suseran and our technician on January 13 when personnel initially responded to these faults which were reported on the same day. We however continue to investigate this claim internally.
We wish to assure Mr Suseran that his internet account will be credited for the period he was without service.
