I refer to the letter captioned “Who rebuilt Toucan Suites” (KN 07.01.17). I am also astonished that no compensation was offered to the owner Mr. Norman Trotz.
Mr. President, I am sure you are unaware that Mr. Trotz has not been compensated for his tremendous loss notwithstanding the years that have elapsed. I do hope as a caring head of state, your timely intervention can bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion that I am sure would ease the anguish and frustration of a fellow Guyanese and businessman.
