Dear Editor,
We, the undersigned residents, do hereby appeal for your urgent assistance in resolving a noise nuisance created by a resident (name given) at Timehri Public Road.
He is in the habit of playing loud music every weekend until the wee hours in the morning.
Our efforts to seek the assistance of the police and personal appeals to him to ease the noise have not produced the desired results. In fact, he uses threatening language to anyone who dares to challenge him.
Timehri is populated by religious and school aged children who are often distracted from doing their work. The situation has become unbearable and the villagers have run out of options and sought this means as a last resort. We humbly trust that you will use your good office in attending to this problem.
