Is the Vishnu Bisram who wrote that letter titled “Have we been better off as a republic?” (07.03.01) the same Vishnu Bisram involved with NACTA? If so then something seems to be terribly wrong – is there no set of ethics which debar such an individual from expressing opinions and firing off barbs on political issues, such as in that letter?
