Defending champions AINLIM/NMSL will clash with Geddes Grant in the annual Neal and Massy inter-company 25-over tapeball cricket final today at the Guyana Softball Cricket Association ground.
AINLIM/NMSL will attempt to score their fourth successive win against arch-rivals Geddes Grant who will no doubt try to stop the streak.
The reigning champions will be spearheaded by Ashraf Alli, Harold Baboolall, Rodnew McDonald, Danrad Dookie, Widmark Franklyn and Suruj Ramnarine.
Geddes Grant will have in their line-up Wasim Ally, Navin Thakur, Rudy Jairam and Richard Hanif.
Play is expected to start at 1pm following a feature match bringing together two management teams of the Group.
Deo Persaud, Chief Executive Officer of the Neal and Massy Group is expected to be on show and should find excellent support from Roy Prashad, Navin Thakur, Shameer Hoosein, Goberdhan Resaul, Lawrence Hing, Terry Bayney, Roger Boyea, Robert Singh, Clyde Layne, Charles Sookram, Stanley Fung-a-Fat, Sohan Singh, David Bhola, Umdeo Ramdeo, Mike Hohenkirk, Alvin Pharag and Curt Taylor.
Play is expected to start at 10:00 in the 10-over affair.
The outstanding players will be rewarded at a date to be announced.
The Neal and Massy tapeball tournament also attracted Demerara Oxygen Company, N&M Security Solution, Marketing and Distribution, CCSL and Bermudez, and Essequibo and Berbice branches.
