Dear Editor,
I find it quite strange, as the festive season is almost upon us, that the town council at Linden would seek to demolish the stalls of the struggling small businesses. It appears to me that something is awry.
One would find it more appropriate and reasonable if any attempt to relocate those small businesses could be done after the festive holidays.
In fact, I wish to question the legitimacy of the town council at Linden! This interim body has been interim for a number of years, questioning the very meaning of what interim means!
Linden needs a mayor, elected by the people.
Orin Gordon can run for mayor if he wishes, but it is time for him to be out as interim boss.
Yours faithfully,
Norman Browne
