I read in Stabroek News on 07.10.27 about the dismissal in the case of the Ministry of Labour vs Cab’s Hardware and General Store.
I fully support the concern of Mr Stanley Humphrey about the manner in which the case was dismissed and the Ministry of Labour’s failure to prosecute this case as it was obligated to do under the law.
Further, I fully support Mr Humphrey’s call for the ministry to reinstitute the charges against the company or failing this to pay Ms Taylor all that is due to her under the law.
Ms Taylor has not received justice from the court nor the Ministry of Labour.
