The Berbice zone of the Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) nationwide Carib Beer/Pepsi Twenty/20 cricket competition will continue today with six third round matches divided between zones ‘A’ and ‘B’.
In zone ‘A’ (West Berbice, New Amsterdam, Canje) Young Warriors will take on Rose Hall Community Centre at Cumberland with Mahendra Singh and Rafik Lattiff officiating. West Berbice and Police will do battle at Bush Lot under the supervision of Jaipersaud Hardeo and Gangapersaud Shivdyal and Bermine will journey across to Blairmont to take on the home team with Clement Brusche and Goonarine Ramdeo being in charge.
In zone ‘B’ (Corentyne) Port Mourant will host Rose Hall Windies Sports Bar under the guidance of Joseph Simon and Augustus Outar. Albion Community Centre will host Kildonan Sports Club at Albion with Roshan Moakan and Dhieranidranauth Somwaru umpiring and the final clash will pit Skeldon Community Centre against Scotsburg United at Skeldon with Rajah Sukhra and Brian King calling play.
All matches are scheduled to begin at 1400h.
