Dear Editor,
A minister’s son killed a young student and the `settlement’ of the charge was accepted by the police, the DPP and the courts.
A gun-toting drunk minister rams into someone, pulls out his gun and attempts to murder the person. Nothing is done.
An 18-year-old is jailed for 3 years for possession of half an ounce of ganja.
Is this justice? Are the law associations, the police and the judiciary asleep?
Yours faithfully,
M.Y. Bacchus
