Dear Editor,
Ms King’s alleged killer has emerged from hiding and was shot, thank God not fatally.
Many cases of murder have in the past been reduced to manslaughter when the accused pleaded guilty. I hope this will not happen in this case.
The police should also apprehend those persons who offered refuge and succour to the suspect after he killed Ms King.
Our women must have the right to reject any suitor without fear of being harassed, beaten or killed, as a result of their decision.
Finally, our society must evolve into one in which our women are viewed as sacrosanct.
May Ms Donna King’s soul rest in peace.
Yours faithfully,
C.S. Vaughn MSM
