Dear Editor,
It’s amazing that a criminal matter like discharging a loaded forearm can be settled out of court.
This is the kind of lawlessness that has been allowed to prevail in society, thus allowing the rich and famous to do as they please, because the arm of the law usually takes a backseat and allows settlements to take place. I’m curious to know what happens with the minister’s firearm. However, both you and I know if it was a stable hand that did this he would have been nailed to the cross.
I am kind of surprised that you failed to mention this learned minister’s name in your articles. After all an allegation is only an allegation until proven. I think the general public ought to be aware of the minister’s name that is alleged to have discharged his firearm.
The fact that you mentioned one of the parties’ names and failed to mention the other one shows a biased style of reporting or is it a case of fear?
Yours faithfully,
