Dear Editor,
Travelling around George-town and along the coast, I had noticed a number of recently erected street signs that had been damaged or for some reason knocked down and weeks had passed and no one seemed to notice. Also while travelling through Parika, the recently erected street light at the junction had been knocked down and not replaced.
The base had been left there and is a hazard for motor traffic.
At Mahaica junction a street light has been down for nearly six months, as you go further up there is another at Dundee in Mahaicony .
Who is responsible for these things and what are they waiting for?
Yours faithfully,
Elvis Jones
