President Bharrat Jagdeo should produce the “numbers” showing the Kaieteur News’s larger circulation, which he said on Monday was the reasons for the withdrawal of government ads from the Stabroek News, the Guyana Press Association has said.
Asked about the issue at an interaction with the media on Monday, and about whether a survey was done to ascertain the circulation figures of the newspapers, Jagdeo said, “We can easily get their numbers, and we have got those numbers and the Kaieteur News has a larger circulation.”
