Dear Editor,
I note that the Guyana Power Company is pondering the introduction of pre-paid bills for consumers to aid their cash flow as a result of the high oil prices. I wish to state that they should re-think such a move as we can hardly afford the post- paid much less this intended billing.
Part of the problem is their debt collection and line losses.
