As investigations into the recent armed robbery and kidnapping involving Ruimzeight Gardens, West Coast Demerara, resident Barry Dataram and his family continue, police yesterday arrested another Venezuelan.
According to a press release, the man who had entered the country illegally was arrested in the Pomeroon River.
Reports are that around noon last Saturday, two masked men armed with guns entered Dataram’s home and held him at gunpoint. One was later shot dead and the other fled. (See story on page 10.)
