Guyanese and former NBA player Rawle Marshall is currently playing with the BC Hemofarm Stada (Serbia) in the European Basketball League.
After being released from the Phoenix Suns last October, Marshall signed in November to play for BC Hemofarm Stada in the European League. Marshall has since occupied a starting position on the Serbian team where he averages 16 points 3.5 rebounds and plays 29.5 minutes per game after eight games.
According to Guyanabasketball.com Marshall had been selected to play for Guyana at the Caribbean Basketabll Championships in Puerto Rico August 2007, but was unable to attend after he was released by the Indiana Pacers in July 2007.
Marshall was selected by the Michigan Mayhem (CBA) as the 27th overall pick in the 2005 CBA Draft. Signed with the Dallas Mavericks (NBA) in August 2005 and was sent to the Fort Worth Flyers (NBADL) during the 2005-2006 season, he was traded to the Indiana Pacers in July 2006.
