Dear Editor,
Why should Guyanese be subjected to the spurious comments of government ministers about the recent spate of killings, on National Communication Network (NCN) Channel 11. As I understand it, this is a state – owned broadcasting facility, so why should government ministers and PPP party supporters be the only ones to get air-time to say whatever they wish on this channel. After all, this channel is subsidised by the public purse.
I believe that all Guyanese should call on National Com-munication Network (NCN/ Channel 11) to be professional and ethical in its approach on this matter, air-time should be given to all parliamentary parties to share their views and ideas on the situation.
