Dear Editor,
I refer to the letter by L.A Camacho headlined “Critchlow Labour College was part of a broader plan in which the American Labour Movement was involved to provide education for workers” (08.02.25) and wish to mention that Mr Max Swerdlow of the Canadian Labour College played a leading role in the establishment of the Critchlow Labour College.
Mr Swerdlow’s widow bemoaned the fact that there was nothing to link her husband’s name with the college.
Yours faithfully,
Eileen Cox
