Dear Editor,
At this stage in our country everyone should support the efforts of the members of our joint services. Only recently I really thought about the sacrifices they have been making to patrol and be on call in the event something happens that requires immediate response.
I am sure it is not easy to be away from their families for prolonged periods but, these people have no choice but to do their jobs. In this light, citizens need to support instead of berate these persons. There are many in society who criticise but, if you should ask them to go and do what these individuals are doing they would not be willing.
To all the members of the joint services I thank you and encourage you to keep up the good work.
