With improved weather conditions the Coca Cola Masters Football tournament sponsored by Banks DIH will resume tomorrow with four matches at the Thirst Park ground.
Thomas United will square off with Carib Masters in the first match billed to start at 15:00 hours to be followed by Twilight Masters against Santos at 16:15 hours.
GT All Stars will tackle Pele Masters in the third game scheduled at 17:45 hours to be followed by Rasta Patriarch against Georgetown Football Club (GFC) at 19:30 hours.
Tournament coordinator Gordon “Ultimate Warrior” Braithwaite disclosed that the tournament is scheduled to end on April 19.
The former national captain disclosed that the remaining matches will be played on between April 1 to 19 with matches scheduled to be played on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
The matches on week days will get cracking at 18:00 hours.
According to Braithwaite the presentation of prizes will take place on the final day of the tournament.
The Masters Tournament involving teams in Georgetown have attracted several former national and first division players including Marlon DeSouza, Terrence Archer, Mortimer Stewart, Vibert `Durdy’ Butts, Colin Howard and Cary Jacques.
