A 22-year-old man is a patient in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Georgetown Public Hospital (GPH) after being injured while at a creek on Sunday.
Carlos Vasconcellos of Lot 18 East Ruimveldt was admitted to the medical institution with head injuries. A press release from the GPHC stated that Vasconcellos was taken to the Accident and Emergency Unit of the institution shortly before 8.30 pm on Sunday with injuries to his head.
He was injured while on an outing to a creek. He was admitted to the ICU, the release said.
