Dear Editor,
Kindly see the accompanying photograph typifying the condition of several roads in areas managed by the Better Hope/LBI Neighbourhood Democratic Council.
This particular road has deteriorated since the picture was taken four weeks ago, largely because the builder of what appears to be a new residence is allowed by the NDC’s idleness to destroy infrastructure which the latter is responsible for maintaining.
How can such flagrant mismanagement be overlooked by the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Administration, which has previously been alerted of this degradation? Can you please find out?
