The participants of the 13th annual Caribbean Junior and Cadet table tennis championships currently in progress at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall will not be short of water or juice.
Beverage giants Banks DIH was one of several companies to lend much needed assistance to the Guyana Table Tennis Association in an effort to ensure a successful hosting of the tournament.
On Friday’s opening night, Banks DIH set up two water dispensers at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall and provided the GTTA with approximately 45, five-gallon bottles of Tropical Mist Water.
Banks DIH Ltd., also donated a quantity of Pine Hill box juices.
Communications Manager of Banks DIH, Troy Peters said that his company understood the need of the players in such an intense sport and had willingly answered the call to quench the thirst of the region’s top junior players at these championships.
