I have not yet received my phone line

Dear Editor,
 
I was so shocked to read the reply of GT&T Public Relations Officer Miss Allison Parker to my letter  captioned “How come no lines available at Happy Acres” (08.09.20) . Up to Sunday 20th April 2008  the transfer of telephone Number 220 3268  had  not yet been  effected to me, could Miss Parker please enlighten me as to whether there is another V Bankay residing at Happy Acres that is now enjoying the services of that line, because it certainly is not me.

All I have been receiving from GT&T is the telephone bill showing they have a credit of $3.00 for me.
