The People’s Progressive Party (PPP) said it remembers slain Agriculture Minister Satyadeow Sawh as a committed member who served with distinction, on this the second anniversary of his death.
In a press release the party said “Sash” as he was popularly known, joined the party in his youth and his strong work ethic became an example to be emulated. Sawh went on to serve as an ambassador, then minister, when he was assassinated. The party said it will continue to work to bring to justice the perpetrators of this crime.
