Stabroek News yesterday inadvertently published this photo with the caption: Nobel Prize winner for Literature, Derek Walcott. Also, in a story on the centre pages yesterday, under the headline ‘Carifesta X Launched’, it was incorrectly stated that Derek Walcott was one of the presenters during the launching ceremony of Carifesta X on Wednesday evening.
Stabroek News apologises for the errors. Derek Walcott will be one of the featured guest presenters at Carifesta X between 22 – 31 August.
