Another exciting day of golf is anticipated in the Vish Trading sponsored Medal Play Golf tournament today at the Lusignan Golf Course.
Approximately 30 golfers are expected to take part in the tournament sponsored by the Heavy Equipment Company of Le Ressouvenir on the East Coast of Demerara.
Tee off is at 12:30 hours.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers and Nearest to the Flag.
The Managing Director of Vish Trading, Parbhudual Ramdial, is expected to be on hand to assist in the presentation of prizes.
Among the golfers expected to compete is last week’s winner of the Stabroek News’s-sponsored tournament, Ian Gouveia, as well as Lester Alvis, Colin Ming, Patrick Prashad, Ronald Bulkhan, Mel Sankies, Clifford Reis, Alfred Mentore, Dr. Ramsingh, P. Deo and Gavin Todd.
