A 27-year-old man who allegedly indecently assaulted a four-year-old child was remanded to prison yesterday when he appeared before the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court.
Terry Hollingsworth of 111 Mahdia pleaded not guilty to the charge of indecent assault when it was read to him by Principal Magis-trate Melissa Robertson-Ogle.
It is alleged that on May 15 at Mahdia, Hollingsworth indecently assaulted a four-year-old child.
The matter was transferred to the Mahdia Magistrate’s Court and will continue on July 16.
