The body of a man was on Friday night discovered on the roadway at Waller’s Delight, West Coast Demerara, suspected to be a victim of a hit and run accident.
The man has since been identified as Burchell Little, 63, of Dartmouth, Essequibo Coast. Police in a statement yesterday said the body was taken to the West Demerara Regional Hospital and was awaiting a post-mortem examination.
