Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson-Ogle yesterday granted $35,000 bail to a GDF private accused of indecently assaulting a police sergeant and resisting arrest after he rode his bicycle into the path of a moving car.
Private Troy Glen 19, of 180 West Ruimveldt Housing Scheme, pleaded guilty to the charge of using indecent language, and not guilty to the charges of resisting arrest, unlawful assault, and riding his bicycle in a dangerous manner when he appeared at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
