Dear Editor,
Dr Kenneth King died on July 30 and was cremated on August 13. I was indeed pleased to learn that several ministers of this government as well as the head of state were present paying their respects at the funeral service for the late Dr King at the Smith Memorial Church.
Dr Kenneth Fitzgerald King did not belong to any one political party; he was a highly respected son of Guyana who served this country to the end of his life.
