Dear Editor,
I find interesting the discussions relating to democracy within the PPP. Because the PPP is in government these discussions need to continue.
It is my opinion that we need to understand the process of the elections. I am surprised that journalists have not investigated this. I feel that the person who ran the elections should be interviewed so that he can give us a clear idea about how they were run, and what safeguards were in place during the counting and the compilation of the tally sheets.
This should go a far way in removing any doubt in the minds of members and the Guyanese people.
