Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry remanded a man accused of indecent assault and indecent exposure, when he appeared at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
Mark Fordyce of 1885 Festival City, North Ruimveldt pleaded not guilty to the charge of indecent assault.
It is alleged that on August 15 Fordyce indecently assaulted a woman and indecently exposed himself to the same woman.
Fordyce was ordered to appear in court again tomorrow.
