Dear Editor,
The current EPA talks have fuelled a lot of hot discussion and support for Guyana locally, and I applaud the President for airing his position in his UN address recently.
However, I wish that we would translate Guyana’s dilemma in simple monetary terms not percentage ones – ie, in a language that the cane-cutter and ordinary worker can understand and appreciate. There are times when issues become national and require non-partisan support.
