The Carlton Wheelers Cycle Club will stage its sixth annual track meeting at the Everest Cricket Club ground this Sunday.
The meet has been organized by national cycling coach Hassan Mohamed MS and some 29 events are carded for the day.
According to Mohammed the meet which rides off at noon, will see action in the some 13 categories.
Darren Allen, who won the feature 30 lap open event last year and `Devil takes the Hindmost’ winner Alonzo Greaves will be looking to retain their titles.
The races are being sponsored by more than 29 corporate as well as individual sponsors including Everest Cricket Club, Banks DIH, and National Sports Commission, Guyana Forestry Commission, Attorneys-at-law Khemraj Ramjattan and Narendra Poonai, Hand-in-Hand Insurance Company and others.
