Cricket action in Georgetown will resume tomorrow when the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) organized De Sinco Trading Limited Under-19 and Busta second division 20/20 cricket competitions continue. In the lone De Sinco Trading Limited under-19 40 overs-a-side fixture which is set for tomorrow, Third Class and Everest Cricket Club (ECC) will do battle at the Gandhi Youth Organization (GYO) ground from 11:00 am.
Busta 20/20
Three matches are carded for Saturday from 10:00 am in the Guyana Beverage Company (GBC) Busta second division 20/20 competition, with GYO opposing Guyana National Industrial Corporation (GNIC) at the Demerara Cricket Club (DCC) ground, with umpires Hortence Isaacs and Robin Kendall officiating. At the Police Sports Club (PSC) ground, Eve Leary, Shannon Crawford and Mario Nicholls will be the men in charge of the PSC versus Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) clash while Transport Sports Club (TSC) and the Guyana Defence Force (GDF) will face each other at ECC under the supervision of Frank Peters and Pritipaul George.
A total of five matches are scheduled for Sunday from 10:00 am. ECC will play host to Third Class at ECC with Pritipaul George and Ian Duncan officiating, GNIC and DCC will clash at DCC under the guidance of Frank Peters and Mario Nichols while GYO and Ace Warriors face off at the Malteenoes Sports Club (MSC) ground with Robin Kendall and Shannon Crawford being the men in charge. From 2:00 pm ECC will play their second match of the day when they take on Diplomats at Camp Road (George and Duncan) and MSC and Third Class will face off at MSC under the guidance of Robin Kendall and Frank Peters.
