Grove Hi Tech maintains unbeaten run

Only one of three scheduled matches was contested when the Fruta East Bank Football Association Under-13 league competition resumed yesterday at the Grove ground.

Grove Hi Tec maintained their unbeaten record with their second victory when they defeated Samatta Point 6-0 with Mervin Squires leading the way with a hat-trick while Trevor Jones tucked in a double. Shelton Joseph scored the other goal.

And, Bagotstown benefited from a walk over from Meadow Bank to gain their first points of the league.
