A Memorandum of Understanding is to be signed by President Bharrat Jagdeo this afternoon with the Mayor and City Council (M&CC) enabling access to a grant of $10M monthly for capital works in the city.

According to a press release issued by the M&CC Public Relations Office yesterday, the meeting between the president, the mayor and councillors of Georgetown will take place in the Council Chamber at 2.30 pm.
