CHARLESTOWN, Nevis, CMC – Out-of-favour West Indies batsman Runako Morton belted a huge undefeated hundred to lift the Leeward Islands’ batting in a titanic first-innings battle with the Combined Colleges & Colleges (CCC) on the third day of their 12th round WICB Regional Four-day match yesterday.
Replying to the CCC’s hefty first innings score of 510 at Grove Park, the Leewards finished on 410 for five – with Morton not out on 173, his third century of the season.
