Dear Editor,
I have been a customer of GT&T in N/A for many years now; my number is 333-5052, and the service has been somewhat good. However, at the start of the rainy season I have been experiencing difficulties with my phone; it has been on and off. Each time the technicians arrive the phone would work, but as soon as they leave it would go off again, so it gives the appearance that I have been crying wolf. For the past two weeks now the phone has been permanently off and myself and other members of my family have made several reports to GT&T and to date no one has arrived to check on the line. At the end of the month, however, they will certainly not bill me for two weeks rental of the line; I would have to pay for the entire month. I am totally disgusted with the service. My phone line is not a luxury, it is an important mode of communication. It is also how I have access to the internet. I am praying for the day Digicel can supply customers with landlines and up the ante on GT&T.
Can someone in authority at GT&T look into this urgently please.
Yours faithfully,
Leila Clarke Daniels
