A 24-year-old father of one, who is accused of carnally knowing a 15-year-old girl, was granted bail when he appeared at the Vreed-en-Hoop Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
Randy Sealy, a farmer of Lot 29 De Kinderen Housing Scheme, West Coast Deme-rara was not required to plead to the indictable charge of carnally knowing a girl between the age of 15 and 16 years and was granted bail in the sum of $150,000 by Magistrate Fazil Azeez.
It is alleged that on March 27 at De Kinderen, he had carnal knowledge of the female. The court was told that the man lived with his reputed wife and has one child. After a bail application by his attorney, Sealy was granted bail.
He was ordered to return on May 6 at the Vreed-en-Hoop Magistrate’s Court for report.
