A man was last evening rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital in serious condition after being shot on Main Street, a short distance from the Courts head office. The victim is 19-year-old Akeem Andrews of Norton Street who up to press time was in an unconscious condition at the GPH after being shot in his head, relatives said.
Relatives at the hospital said that the details were sketchy and that they were waiting on the police for information.
Police are continuing their investigations.
