In flames: The Ministry of Health’s main building at Brickdam alight early this morning. The fire erupted some time before 3 am and raged on for some three hours completely destroying the building.
In flames: The Ministry of Health’s main building at Brickdam alight early this morning. The fire erupted some time before 3 am and raged on for some three hours completely destroying the building.

The Ministry of Health on Brickdam was completely destroyed by a fire of unknown origin in the wee hours of this morning.

Minister of Health Dr Leslie Ramsammy, at a press conference a short while ago, said the police have told him that arson was suspected based on the evidence they had found so far. More later…
