The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has announced that on August 11, commencing at 5 pm at the Hotel Tower it will be holding a public inquiry into the conditions and service of the Guyana Power and Light.
According to Chairman of the PUC, Prem Persaud in a press release, the meeting will be discussing the severe and regular blackouts occasioned by problems that the company is experiencing. All are invited.
