Dear Editor,
I agree with a few writers that until there is a credible third party there is little chance that the PPP/C will lose an election. Most Stabroek bloggers seem to believe that the AFC or a reformed PNC will be able to unseat the governing party. There seems to be no rational basis so far for this. The question then is who are the new leaders that can inspire confidence in the majority of Guyanese that they can do better than the PPP by their plans and policies? If not a third party, can the supporters of one party join the other and bring changes that satisfy the majority of Guyanese? No, then what are our other choices? Just raising questions for my independent thinking blogger friends. I welcome their comments, but not their biases or questions like who is this guy: PPP, PNC, etc?
Yours faithfully,
