Dear Editor,
The Ministry of Human Services is to be complimented for their efforts in removing the homeless to a Night Shelter and providing food etc but I am uncertain if there is a campaign for the mentally ill persons. In Republic Park there is a woman who has taken up residence on unoccupied lands. She might have been a teacher in life as her grammar is impeccable with emphasis on the adjectives which are unprintable.
She definitely needs help. The Police came last week but despite bulletproof vests had to hastily retreat as they too were bombarded with the expletives. She is at present in Phase 3. Please help this poor mortal as she is at the mercy of both man and nature.
