International Pharmaceutical Agency (IPA) is in the process of constructing a 5-storey, multi-million dollar complex on Camp Street, opposite the Georgetown Club, which will be used as a general office building and will in part house a shopping mall.
According to a company representative, when completed, parts of the building will be rented to house a shopping mall, while part of the entity’s business operations will be relocated to the new edifice. He said that the company bought the plot of land from Banks DIH Ltd sometime ago and construction work at the site is expected to be completed sometime next year.
